- After the initial phone call or email, the first thing I would
do would be to arrange a meeting with you at a mutually
convenient time, when I can introduce myself, explain
my service, and most importantly, MEET YOUR PETS.
- If after our initial get acquainted visit there are any
doubts as to our compatibility, then a second visit may
be required. Most animals know instinctively when
someone likes them, and can't help but like them in
return.
- Cats are very particular about who they give their
affection to. I will try my best to be their friend, but if they
are determined to hide under the bed, I wouldn't worry.
When they see that I keep their litter clean and their
dinner bowls full, they will eventually decide that I'm not
too bad for a human.
- Yes, I can. When we discuss your contract terms I will
specify visits as 5 per week, so you will pay by the
week, instead of daily.
- In some cases I can drop it off to you after you get
home. However, I recommend that I keep a copy so that
you will always be covered in the event you can't be
home for your pets.
- If you have already signed a contract with me, I will do
my best to follow through with the services requested. If
I can't personally be there, your pet(s) will be looked
after by someone I trust with my own pet's care.
- If you can call me at least 8 hours in advance, I can
usually extend the scheduled sit for as long as
necessary.
- For new clients I request a 50% deposit at the time of the
"Get Acquainted Visit". The BALANCE IS DUE ON THE
LAST DAY OF SERVICE. I WILL CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL
FEE TO PERSONALLY PICK UP A CHECK AFTER SERVICE
HAS BEEN COMPLETED. For weekly visits, the balance
due for that week is due on the last day of service for
that week.
I
- In most cases I require a week's notice minimum;
however to insure adequate scheduling notice the sooner
you make your reservation the better. For repeat
customers, I can usually schedule a visit with 24 hrs.
notice. If you are new to my service, and have a need to
schedule a visit with less than 48 hrs notice, I charge an
additional $5 per visit for Emergency Service.
- I keep all contracts for a minimum of one year. If you have
not scheduled a repeat visit in one year's time, then you
will need to fill out a new contract.
